Toronto Mayor Rob Ford guilty, kicked from office but can run again.  The Mayor tried to say he didn't know about the Municipal Conflict of Interest act and never read the briefing books upon becoming Mayor (He also sat on the City Council for 10 years prior to this).  Rob Ford...was an embarrassment for Toronto.  I don't know how many of you paid attention to him but...it was laughable.  So very laughable.
